Atrocious

The big pool has been out of action for more than a year, more than half of the showers is not working, the sauna hasn't been switched on for as long as I can remember and now the small pool's heater is not working,this is the 2nd time in as many months its not working. I reported it 2 weeks ago that the water is cold and then told imraan at the reception on Sunday. Then when i came to swim on Tuesday evening it was cold again, then i lost it because the guys at reception told me they reported it to the manager which he is doing nothing about. What am i paying for?
