Absolute nonchalant and disappointing service. Call Centre Agents are as helpful as a broken treadmill! Channels of communication between client and company (incl. affiliate companies; subsidiaries; 3rd parties, etc) are non-existant. What a waste 🗑 I should have listened when the gang told me to join Virgin Active. 🤦🏽♂️
