Good luck trying to cancel your membership with these **** artists. Been a member for 3 years and phoned to cancel and confirmed. Only to have joined another gym saying that planet fitness hasn't approved the cancellation??. What happened to free will and cancellation of a month to month contract. Now I have to deal with 57 calls to cancel a contract, literal **** artists. I'm billing hours for the amount of time this has taken
