Arrogent ,disrespectful sales manager (CLEVER) witbank

I have gone to planet fitness to find out about making a contract with my little brother as he is 18 an in matric and I will be paying for it as he is still in school ,so I have spoke to a sales consultant twice about the R399 with a black tag for R99 and as if my little brother and I can come for 7 days so I can see that he will enjoy it and maintain himself as I will not always be with him ,so today they say yes I can do the 7 days. I came an hour an a half later where I was escorted to see the sales manager which then start tell me that this is the contract i will be taking for march for free ,april 199 an may 199 and the after 399 till the end of the 12month but he cant get a black tag at all ,so i told him about what the other sales consultants offered me as said they have given me the wrong information and he wants names as to put disappary action ,so I tryed telling I would like the plan I heard before an asked for the high lighter as in to explain.before I could explain he ripped the highlighter out off my hand which I was disgusted in him doing so and further added he makes the packages and not head office as I said I will asked them if it would be possible ,the arrogents and told me the 7 days is not a privage but a gift like I could be bothered about 7 days is truly petty. I asked him not to speak to a customer that way and he rep**** you are not a customer not even a potential one. I then asked to speak to the manager leon and was told to go right a head as he does not answer to leon as he is not hes boss ,so he does not answer to head office nor the manager ,an might I add the way in with a sales manager is light pushing on my little brother arm does not help as what give him the right to be touch clients is inappropriate and after that we where escorted put like ********* as he did put my detail in but it appeared the token had been used ,which I believe it was maybe because I worked the for 1 month but after finding out the sales team and manager where *****ing form customer I left I see nothing has improved if not the arrogents and poor service will by far push clients further away ..
