Arrears account-Shocking service

<p>I paid for a full year at the Craighall Park branch UP FRONT! Once my term was up, that was it, like any normal business relationship you part ways. I have now received an email from a company called SAYA saying that I owe R3670??? How is this possible Planet Fitness? I received a call from your accounts department a week after my term came to and end and I explained very politely that I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out ASAP.</p>
