Are you harassing me again?

I was a Planet Fitness client many years ago. I mean MANY years ago- probably 2008. Because of their ineptness - a whole different story - moved on to a competitor! <br> <br> About one year ago I started getting SMSs threatening me with legal action and an \ITC\" listing... <br> BTW: ITC does not exist any more and has been known as TransUnion for some time now! (I mention this to indicate what a bunch of \"backward\" intimidators you are) And at the same time they offered me another contract. {Figure that! or are you just desperate for more money again?}<br> <br> Knowing that I do not owe them money I challenged them then. They got the message eventually when I asked that they must prove their claim. They were quiet since. <br> <br> Then, today I get a text message that I owe them money and I will face an \"ITC\" listing and litigation. <br> <br> Bring it on Planet Fitness (where mental fitness & admin ability is clearly not high on the agenda!)<br> <br> Let me know when set-down is so I can attend. Alternatively you can send a letter of apology and confirmation that I shall NEVER hear from you again.<br> <br> I really look forward to hearing from you."
