APPAULING SERVICE

I have trying to transfer my membership from one facility to the other to no avail. When you call head office there is no answer. Why do they even have a phone number?!?!?!?!?! When you call the respective branches, promises are made that you will be called back but guess what, NOTHING HAPPENS!! <br> <br> This is a company that exists only to **** people off and they make you pay for it. Their service, if you can call it that, is a ****ing joke. I would be really surprised if anything comes from this review. After having read many other reviews, they simply reply to them with a generic message saying someone will be in contact. I would love to know if anybody has been assisted with their queries. I wonder if the CEO has a clue what is happening and if he even cares.
