Appalling customer service

<p>I e-mailed a simple query to Planet Fitness Centurion Gate to find out when my contract ends. After three weeks and three follow up e-mails I still had no response and so I phoned the club and asked for the manager's e-mail address, the lady answering the phone tells me she can't give out his e-mail address, I ask for any e-mail address then, and get told she can't give out e-mail addresses at all. I ask to speak to the manager then, but again get told she can't put me through, only after threatening to drive to the club and throw a tantrum in their reception area do I finally get put through to the manager - Lyndon. I explain the situation, and he tells me the e-mail address should have been given to me. I tell him what my query is, and recite the e-mail address I have been using, lo and behold he tells me that it is his e-mail but that he doesn't check his e-mails as he is too busy with their annual audit. Really?? What kind of a manager is that? He gives me the customer service e-mail address to use, and so I send my queries to them. After two follow up e-mails I receive an automated response telling me my query is being attended to. A week later I receive another automated e-mail from them telling me my query has now been closed. Seriously?? They have not responded to my query, but they are closing it? I have now sent eleven follow up requests - I get a read report from them every time so they are receiving my query - yet still no response. I phoned their customer care centre but was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to a consultant, I gave up and ended the call eventually.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am dumbfounded at how useless and pathetic they are when it comes to answering a simple question. They have no regard whatsoever for their clients, they are arrogant and they are lacking in basic people s****s, I have no trust whatsoever in this company and would warn anyone against joining this gym. They wait until they have your money and then they treat you like you don't exist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless, pathetic, lazy, arrogant, rude and *********** are the words that come to mind. I am disgusted by them!</p>
