Appalling Client Onboarding
I joined Planet Fitness on the 9th of May, and till today, my tag is still not active despite debiting my account for a premium. I've been called to the gym 4 times, to re-sign my contract, and to no avail, my tag still doesn't work.

Planet Fitness, this is appalling to say the least. 3 months to activate an account , bit debit orders you gladly collect.
