Appalling attitude

I have been so patient with this gym over the past 4 years. I have never seen a gym full of unpleasant staff members like Planet Fitness Westwood. If you are not happy with working there, do not work there instead of making the morning of the gym members a misery with the long faces and appalling attitude.

I have tried to call the gym numerous times to cancel my contract, but no one ever answers the phone. I will be cancelling my membership and spending the extra money to go to Virgin Active as I would much prefer being treated like I am valued and greeted with a smile and treated with respect.

I see there has been a staff shuffle lately in the gym, but you seem to have put even worse staff in place of the ones who actually brightened our days and showed some respect. Disgusting attitude from your staff. Trust me, I have numerous examples over the years.
