Appalled Planet Fitness - Greenstone

I am appalled I wrote a dissatisfactory review below, last night, about the club and an on going theft and withholding of my ear pods and I have just received a call from their staff Menzi threatening me, swearing and hanging up. This is ridiculous, I cannot actually believe this. Still without my ear pods and in my frustration wrote this review for help of some sort from management because I am not around the province to open a case at the police station where it occurred and no one assists when I ask for an email of to speak to a supervisor. My “assistance” was an ambush from staff?

Literally the worst of the Planet Fitness franchises, I’m actually going to open a ******** case. The staff have withheld my ear pods and don’t want to hand them to me. I’ve been moved from pillar to post for 3-4 months, calling and arriving and my ear sets are nowhere to be found. The staff are rude, nonchalant and only take white members serious. Menzi has been the worst, Ntokozo is the lady my ear sets were handed to so between the staff no one knows or communicates where my ear pods are. I’ve had about enough a lady at reception tonight told me “you have every right to go to the police and you should” I’m actually at a loss for words and my ear pods that I worked for. The manager who promised to reveal footage of who or the staff took them also confirmed he is working on several cases like mine so what the hell is actually going on there?
