Answer queries from Clients

I called the call center, spoke to a consultant yesterday, 3rd...she told me there's nothing outstanding. Today I received an SMS saying my debit order payment is outstanding. I emailed Brackenfell, they did not reply.... I did an EFT payment. I just need to find out if they received my payment! I AM NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED PENALTY FEES AGAIN. CAN'T WAIT TO GET DONE WITH THIS GYM. Last payment is end of this month then I'm done with you!
