This letter is my personal concern for Planet Fitness in Bedfordview and all clients which I believe can be changed. There is no ventilations or windows in the gym, the aircons are constantly off so clients and potential clients can’t maintain body temperature cause there’s no cooling paganisms. Theres no fresh air coming in and out of the building and client have to gym in dust. Planet fitness is an air tight facility, the faminic rooms, toilets, and locker rooms have no windows with a bad smell which can cause health concerns. Between loadshedding ventilations doesn’t work and the staff is very unhelpful. I did try to rise my concerns in person but unfortunately couldn’t get a hold off one manager at the facility due to staff that always have an excuse.
