Angry and disappointed...

So many people have had the same experience and I am incredibly disappointed this morning. I've been sending emails (as phone microphone had a problem) and I get a call a few minutes ago stating that I am liable for levy fees, as well as January's membership fee. I cancelled membership on the 7th of December 2020. To my knowledge that means that one month's notice ended on the 7th of January, or am I an idiot? I am far beyond the point of angry.
