Such bad service from the second your sales agent approached me to join being forcefull WhatsApping me every day till I gave in. JOINED with him promising high and low that the special is 250 and I would be debited in April well well well I was the fool. March you took R1000 few days later another 450 and now I’m begging and calling everyday for my money on top of that your stuff are so unhelpful till today since last month the 3rd when I reported it nothing has happens nothing the manager looked at me sit in reception for 15 min assisting at all NOBODY knows what went down and what happened yet I HATE your gym now I cancelled virgin active (crying) the bold lady at reception with glasses (nandi)her attitude stinks, the king line we stand in to enter the gym! I hate myself for falling for that guys jokes and lies ( VUSI the sales agent and 2 days after I joined he resigned) now because I wasn’t treated fairly as a client I can’t get out of your contract even though PLANNETFITNESS **** to me WOW how was the TCF act implemented here when from the go I was **** to? I’ve contacted your client care for a reference number and I sent emails and i complained numerous times at the club and was promised it would be sorted out here we are 2 months later and even the club manager was clueless in dealing with the situation. Now they saying there was no special and it never happens so WHO ****? About the 250 monthly debited and the 1ste debit would go of in April. March you debited! April you want to debit again now your manager is bull****ting me and saying that it wasn’t his responsibility to help me or assist me now here I am looking like a fool. If I was white this wasn’t going to happen to me AND I ALREADY CANCELLED VIRGIN ACTIVE for your ******* service! I’m so sad! Wow I’m gone go to the ombudsman’s with this optop of it your manager says I won’t be refunded! Like HOW I’m really gone go to the ombudsman and the socials the manager just didn’t care that VUSI ( I hate him) the sales rep for Planetfitness **** and contravened the TCF act and I told the manager that I’ve asked Nandi receptionist numerous times to help me she said the manager will contact me when I asked him now he said yes they notified him and when I asked why he didn’t contact me stated that it’s not my business and it’s internal affairs as to when he will contact client! My biggest regret was listening to your sales fool (VUSI) and jointing via lies and I have the WhatsApps from VUSI he even forced saying the special is ending I was away that Saturday with family VUSI called me to pay the 150 for the tag at 2 on a Saturday afternoon!
