I have received the most amazing service from Tshiyetsi from Planet fitness customer service. I have had so many issues billing issues with planet fitness and Tshiyetsi managed to resolve everything in less than 5 minutes. He has good knowledge of their processes and we went through every transaction together and even spotted an error that was done with one of my debits.
