Amazing service :)

As people we are always quick to push out complaints, we however never take the time to applaud and recognize efficient service!!!!

I want to take this time to thank and honor Nick from Centurion gate. As someone who has been struggling to load my son on my membership for 9 months, he took the time to review my situation and committed to calling me back. My appreciation most of all is the time he took to thoroughly analyze and revert to me with precise feedback and helping me understand what incorrectly transpired at the same time provided a solution moving forward which alleviated my uncer*****ies. To be serviced with diligence and efficiency is something that we need more of when dealing with customers. Thank you Nick for reassuring my confidence in service delivery expected from Planet Fitness. PF should be proud to have such staff.
