Almost a year later and I am still being charged?

1 - Original cancellation request - November 2014<br> 2 - Official first confirmation of \settlement"payment required - May 2015<br> 3 - Amount that debit orders equate to from December 2014 to May 2015 - R1971.00<br> 4 - Amount of settlement fee communicated in May 2015 - R1800 odd<br> <br> 5 - In October 2015 I was called and told that Planet FItness has an original recording of me saying I refuse to pay the cancellation fee. This recording was supposedly taken during the original cancellation request in November 2014. When I asked for proof and to hear the recording I was told that they needed to check with management...
