Aircons not working

For the past two months the aircons have not been working in the gym, the only reply you get is that they are waiting for parts (I think from space) because how long does it take to get parts for a aircon.

If I look at the other reviews on here for PF then I don't have any hope that this will be resolved very soon seeing that they don't even respond to any problems.
