Aircons never work at Planet Fitness (Krugersdorp) Valley View

PLANET FITNESS KRUGERSDORP (Valley View) - This gym is a disappointment! I have had countless fights with them over the past 3 years with regards to the Aircon in the gym - THERE IS NO AIRCON! It is hot and stuffy in there and every time I complain about it, all I get back is that they are sorry and are looking into it - how long does this take and why can't it be permanently fixed?? This is the only store in the Valley View centre that seems to have problems with their Aircon... It is not pleasant to gym there anymore, some of the fitness machines don't work anymore and have been out of order for months now, those that do work are wonky and not stable, what are we paying for? They have yet again taken a double debit from my account for "maintenance fees" what maintenance fees if the Aircon never works and the machines are broken half the time?

When asking to speak to the manager he isn't available, or when called, I get told that he is busy gyming, should this not be done in your own time and not during working time?? Perhaps that's where our maintenance money is going?

The staff turnover in the gym is a scary site and there seems to be no control of people who are making use of the gym, countless times I have seen people tag in on black tag members tags who aren't even the rightful owners of the black tag.. My understanding of black tag membership is that the main member needs to be present for the additional person to tag in, this isn't happening? Main members are not even present when that black tag is being used? If this is the case we can all have black tag membership which would save a lot of costs going forward and might justify the costs being paid where nothing is being done...
