Agents lying on contracts
These people having been charging me double what a consultant by the name of at the Waterkloof planet fitness said I would pay, when I call asking for assistance they give me the run around telling me the admin lady hasn't been in so they can't locate my vitality contract for the correct amount I am supposed to be paying.. The club manager is doing nothing about it. They are quick to send messages that I haven't paid this month but when it comes to fixing they mistake they fail.. Terrible management by the club manager. So angry at Waterkloof planet fitness club. Next review I will be posting the agents name 😡 and the club manager.

26 Oct 2021, 18:32So the membership will cost R225pm, it's a local 12 month contract, like I said August will be free so your first debit order will go off in September, starting off wil cost you R1024 in total(R125 for your access tag and a R899 activation fee payable at planet fitness to discovery)
