After 5 years... Now to debt management company

<p>I joined Planet Fitness at their Claremont branch in 2013. They were suppossed to have 2 pools available for use. </p> <p>I found out in my second week that the pools weren't going to be fixed, they were my whole reason for joining in the first place. I cancelled with the gym in writing giving the reason for cancellation and everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now 5 YEARS later I get a message that they have handed the account over to SAYA debt collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 YEARS for f*ck sake </p> <p>I have had people phone me maybe twice over the 5 year period, each time I tell them I cancelled in writing in my cool down period and who say not a problem they will update the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Planet Fitness - so nice of you to ruin someones credit rating because you don't have your act together.</p>
