Advertised referral campaign. Referred someone that signed up. Still deducted that month's member fee. Joined vitality. NOW A MILLION EXCUSES NOT TO REFUND ME!!!

<p>I have been a member of Planet Fitness's gym in Plattekloof since 2013 and every time I had an issue and send an email, all they send back is that annoying auto response of we will get back to you bla bla blan and NOTHING ever happens!</p> <p>Planet Fitness advertised a referral campaign that you can get a free month if you refer someone that signs up. I referred my friend that signed up yet they still deducted my membership fee of R431 at the end of that month. I then joined vitality and now pay about R261 monthly.</p> <p>I have complained and begged many times to the gym manager (Rika), the sales consultant (Mari) and the admin person (Melissa) to refund my money as Mari promised they would, but to NO AVAIL!!! I even brought in my bank statements to show Rika that NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED!!!</p> <p>I requested to deal with a manager (Warren) because I was getting sick of this thieving company and their *********** staff, and the best he could do was give me snotty and rude answers. Well now I've had enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!!</p>
