Administration at Planet Fitness shocking

Brenda Masson has been a member with them for more than 2 years here in Fourways.

The service at the Gym was excellent.

However, their admin service is shocking. The left hand does not know what the right hand has authorised. They agreed to freeze her membership charges for 3 months but still charged her for one of the months during this period. They have now refused to reverse it. As a result Brenda has cancelled her membership with them
