Accounts dishonesty
I am so disappointed in this gym. I joined with discovery vitality and I am supposed to pay R500 per month. They have been deducting R1500 per month and sometimes even more. I phoned, sent whatsapp messages, sent emails and still no one gets back to me. I have eventually asked them to cancel my contacts, but they now want me to pay the cancelation fee of the more expensive option. I can't believe that they are so bad with their services. Most of the times we went to gym there was always a problem with the tags!!!

14 May 2024, 14:34They have never in the first place linked my vitality. I honestly think this is very unprofessional. The guy that assisted us with joining the gym told me over a month ago that he is waiting for feedback and still no answer from hom. Both me and my husband signed the vitality choice for joining. I wouldn't have joined this gym if I had known it was so expensive!! The contract we signed was the vitality option for R250 each. Please speak to Athi at Northmead planet fitness. He will know exactly!! My husband was also present at the time and so was my daughter.
