ACCOUNT INQUIRY

<p>I was very disappointed to receive a text message from Planet Fitness yesterday regarding my account which is supposedly in arrears (Ref: PF – ********** 40 – provided in the text message). This came as a shock because the whole time since I joined the gym, I have been wondering why there were no deductions from my bank. I am really UPSET because I have never defaulted on any of my account and never pay my accounts late. I do not understand how you can have my cellphone number but none of my contact details including my bank account details as all this information was required from me and captured when I joined. I am really unhappy and wish to cancel my subscription because I cannot afford to do business with a company that threatens my stellar credit record and really hope that your company does not send this information the credit bureau as this is not a true reflection of how I pay my accounts but a reflection of capturing information incorrectly by your branch.</p>
