Account Cancellation

reference number is : PF***<br> <br> i have join Planet fitness (Carlton Centre) in October 2015 and they promised that the gym will be up and running on 15 November 2015 but till today the gym is not running. i called carlton centre branch last week thursday to find out what happening. Mike told me the gym might be running March then i told him i wanna cancel then because the is no way forward, he said it fine i must come to the branch they will cancel for me and refund me my R100. i went there monday i got the coloured lady and she gave me the call centre number. i called the call centre yesterday i spoke to PRABHAKAR RAMPERSADH and he was arrogant telling me i must pay the settlement fee. SETTLEMENT FEE FOR WHAT I HAVE NEVER USED THE GYM BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER OPENED. <br> <br> Can you guys cancel my membership and reimburse me my money. now you are pushing me to escalate this matter.
