Account canceled but still getting charged.

I canceled my account last month and yet PF are still taking money from me after they said the account would be terminated. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with your call center without any luck. The people simply do not answer the phones. I have reached out via your Twitter account and was told someone will be in touch, and still nothing. Please assist me in resolving this issue before it's too late.
