Accont settlet 2013

Account was settled 23 October 2013 as amount agreed by on mail 22 October 2013 by Saya Recoveries. On 27 November 2015 mail was sent to me that the following amount of R23573.80 before month end November 2015 must be received I have forward the proof of payment and request the following .A letter stating your error and also proof that our names are in no way damaged by this error like proofing that ITC will be cleared on the latest 30 November 2015 before the end of business day. <br> <br> How you going to do this is really not our problem. Your books are not updated and to contact clients 25 months later demanding payments, is in fact by law not even your right. <br> I have contacted my lawyer to go through with legal action 1 December 2015, should my requirements not been respected or met. Both companies will be legally sorted out should this matter not be solved on 30 Nov 2015. Thank You!
