Accident at the entrance

I was entering the gate at the gym ,when the spikes at the gate came out before the car passed through and it grabbed the cars bumper and now the car has been damaged,the assistant manager at just gym cashan RUSTENBURG took pictures and that was it,he said that he would forward it to the land lord as they are renting the premises, on Monday the 28th Aug 2017 I went to ask for feed back then they said the head office will contact me as they have send an incident report of which I did not even fill nor sign,the incident took place on the 02nd of August 2017 till today they have not contacted me
