Access Denied

I hold my national membership through Vitality.<br> <br> My club access was cancelled in May due to the number of visits being allegedly too low.<br> <br> After an enquiry on missing manual registrations at the four clubs I frequent, Discovery sent me a letter of confirmation that my Planet Fitness membership was reinstated on 8 June.<br> <br> I am still being turned away from the clubs and yet to receive a response to the two emails sent to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] to follow up.<br> <br> Not to mention that the debit order from my national membership fee still ran during the cancellation period!<br> <br> Two months to resolve this - Hopefully this post will get someone to act.<br>
