AC not working for 4 years and more

Planet Fitness in Rustenburg Lifestyle Square is busy implicating my health status due to air conditioning that has not worked for more than 4 years now. This is having a serious impact on health and hygiene within this gym. How long can it possibly take to repair an AC?
