Abuse of power - Grossly unfair contracting practice

<p>I signed for a contract, which requires that I attend a minimum of 12 sessions per rolling 3 months.</p> <p>Due to ilness and having to travel overseas I did not attend the 12 sessions, was then charged an additional R749. Provided proof of both doctors note and flight/ ticket. was informed that I will not be refunded under any circumstances.</p> <p>This is abuse of power by big business who take individuals for a ride. </p> <p> </p>
