ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, MONEY IS THE ONLY THING ON THEIR MIND!

To whom it may concern, I am absolutely appalled at how you run your company. All you people care about is the money, nothing else. I tried to cancel my contract with you people last year already. I struggled for about a month trying to get my contract canceled.

Firstly, your branches tell your customers that there is no cancellation fee, which is your first mistake. Secondly, you want to charge me over 2K for a cancellation fee which made me absolutely livid. Thirdly, I fought with you with regards to this and you still didn't budge and said that you would charge me R299 per month for the next 4 months. This was in September. I even asked my sister to go to the gym and try to apply to see if they would mention the cancellation fee and they didn't. She then asked about it and they claimed that there is no cancellation fee. For flip sakes, train your staff correctly!!!

I was informed by your customer service team that December would be the last month that the amount gets deducted. Now it is January and what happens, the amount gets deducted. I am so sick and tired of you people finding ways to take peoples money. I have seen your reviews on Hello Peter and it is absolutely shocking, it actually just proves my point that you only have the companies interest at heart and not your customers.

And I know that this is probably going to be ignored, but just know that I will ensure that I inform everyone of the kind of service that you consider 'Good' customer service. Absolutely pathetic!
