Absolute NO GO place in short!!

Planet fitness, Kitchener, Canada location:

1. No fair management in effect: When I visited I saw certain areas very crowded with people plus closely positioned machines. Staff told us they will be doing a machine move around as per their plan. That did not happen.

2. They have a huge space where you can only go do warmup with TIME LIMIT. That spot is usually empty with barely 2-3 people on average while other core areas of the gym are ****** full of people.

3. Worst part: For most workout sessions, I had to wait till someone finish using the machine or there is literally a queue to use a machine.

4. Blunt and Careless management staff: I had stumbled upon medical issue and had to cancel the membership, they did not consider the fact that i have barely used gym for 45 days plus I was late by 6 days to cancel it. When I ask them politely to issue a refund, they kept repeating a line "when you signed an agreement, it stated annual enrollment fee is non refundable". They act as a rigid business people, NO consideration of whatsoever for a human being. If I was treated right, I might have given a thought to go back to this location with my wife as well to workout but now Big NO NO.
