A standard "12 month contract" is billed for 14 months, and they arrogant about it.

Seems my experience is much the same as alot of others. Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting customer service on their phone lines. Especially at accounts (@Ellen). Planet Fitness is so used to *****ing subscription fees that their agents are even arrogant about it so they probably get told to give us public the run around. The light will shine this year for those in good standing - the greedy will get what they deserve.
