A new horror every morning

These are the instances where the good people at Planet Fitness Bedford Centre ruined my morning:

1. They now lock their studios. Why am I paying a premium every month when I cannot even use an empty studio? 2. There is one studio that they leave open. On one occasion in early January when the gym was pretty much still empty I went to use this studio while there was a class. There were 4 people in this massive studio and I was in one corner minding my own business not disturbing anyone and I was still asked to leave. 3. The bathrooms are terrible. The drains in the shower were clogged for months. How indescribably disgusting. 4. They are so rude. The ladies in the reception. Bad attitude. I don't know why but they are under the impression that they are doing me a favour. 5. Classes and schedules are nowhere near the quality of Virgin Active 6. They have what they claim is a "Female Gym" and men are supposedly not allowed in but there is always a man in there- a trainer. That's cool- my only concern is there is nothing but a door separating this gym from the female changing rooms. When this door is open as someone is entering or exiting, man has full view of what is going on inside the change room. There is absolutely nothing stopping him from seeing these poor naked women trying to get ready work. Absolute violation of privacy. Unacceptable. Seriously. 7. In December- someone broke into the lockers and stole things. 8. You know how Virgin Active will send messages when there is no water or maintenance etc they will even offer you to use any other branch even if you don't have national membership- ya don't expect any of that from Planet Fitness. You'll rock up there one morning to find planned maintenance underway and the showers are closed. It will be a lovely surprise because Planet Fitness can't be bothered to send an SMS letting you know. Then you'll have to go to work without showering. Planet Fitness feels it can only send you SMS's if they don't receive their payments. 9. At one point in the year (December to be precise you know because like that's the most considerate time for this everyone has so much of money to be throwing around during festive) you are going to notice that your gym debit order has gone through twice and there's nothing you can do about it so don't even try- it's in the contract you signed.
