A gym with no ethics
this gym has no ethics. i have paid up and closed off this account yet they still debit my bank account. i have even sent them the confirmation of payment on email and they just debit me double at this very moment. Please advise me legally how to sue them

31 Oct 2020, 11:40I have contacted your customer service twice regarding my refund. My last call to your customer service was made yesterday 30/10/2020 around 8:30am. I spoke with a lady who refused to put my call through to the manager or supervisor. She said they are all in a meeting. I told her i want my refund within 24 hours or else i am going public with this and I'm going to the ombudsmen, her response was thereis nothing anyone can do and i must wait 14 DAYS for my refund.
I have current debits orders and expenses the needs to be paid and thanks to this rogue gym, i am R719.12 short for payments especially now in this covid time. I will HIGHLY ADVISE ALL PUBLIC TO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE TAKING A CONTRACT WITH PLANET FITNESS
