A few weeks back I post a complaint and they phoned to sort it now I get a debt collection

<p>A few weeks back I post a complaint with Planet Fitness. About my account to be in arreers. I've paid my fees for 2 years in advance and was not in arrears. They phoned me and promised it was sorted and my membership is cancelled. Today I get an email from a dedt collector to collect outstanding fees. Come on what's wrong with Planet Fitness. I'm ready for a court case bring it on.</p>
