A complete appalling and utterly *********** company to deal with it! L

Utterly disgusted and appalled by the service and turn around time by this gym! From day one I've had nothing but trouble with this gym! The service is truly disappointing and to think they are in the customer service industry! I was sold a contract under false information and I am liable to pay or else i should pay the cancelation fee even though i had emailed them more than 2 months ago and to date they have not received my email! Just another example of poor customer service and complete incompetence! Truly wish that i could just be over with this company for good! It is truly appalling that this is the level of service we as consumers have to put up with! The branch is no exception either! You never get any feedback from them! You have to keep messaging yourself to find out what's going on! Really disappointed with this company!
