A bunch of blue *****!

I joined Planet fitness through Sanlam Reality on a 24 month contract in March 2018. However, in August 2019 my membership was cancelled without warning. I phoned Sanlam several times to find out why it has been cancelled and they advised that they will investigate but to this day have received no answers from Dieter Solomon or any or their consultants. I was then contacted by Planet fitness sales manager at the end of August to reinstate my membership, however, I had to re-sign the contract.

Upon checking my bank statements, I realized that I have been overcharged from Sep 2019 to date. I don’t understand how my monthly membership went from R599 per month to a whole R799! What is very sad about this entire situation is that its not the first time this happens, I constantly have to phone their accounts department and request for refunds – which is an absolute pain!

Between Sanlam Reality and Planet Fitness, I actually don’t know whose worse ☹
