7 months gone but still no refund!

I have been promised that I will get a refund of my money within 15 days , its 7 months now and I still did not get my money back. Every time I phone head office they tell me its still in process. They are not loyal to their customers. They do not abide by the laws on their contact, I will not let this matter go .I want my money!!!<br>
