Joined in November 2018 debit order has been R299 and R699 every month. As a Vitality member I should just be charged R299. Been overcharged by more than R6000 to date. Tried for 10 months to resolve it many mails conversations and dealing with a pathetic Head Office which does not respond afterI sent 4 mails and did 4 follow up calls. No I have requested cancellation of my contract which I have to pay a certain amount for but they owe monety. No one seems to care they took my money and sorry for you. Worst service ever received!!!
