3years contract turns into 5year contract

I signed up to PF at the end of 2011. Last year December I requested to cancel my contract as the contract expired. 2 weeks ago I followed up on the cancellation and was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee for 2years as my contract only ends in October 2016. After explaining the situation to headoffice, every single operator advised that they will request my contract and immediatly call me back... guess what, nobody called me back.<br> <br> I signed up to Vitality and decided seeing that Rosebank is tge closest gym to me, I signed up again... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Not only am I still waiting to signed up... my initiation fee has been app**** to my monthy membership fee.<br> <br> Althoug the operators at your headoffice are all great, they make empty promises. It is for these reasons that you are not a competitor in the market.<br> <br> I would like to cancel ALL contracts with PF and receive a full refund of my initiation fee. <br> <br> Regards<br> a very fed up client
