3 WEEKS FOR A TAG FEE REFUND!!!

I went into Planet Fitness in Craighall to enquire about their 199 special. I then gathered the info and had decided to think about it. I was advised by Justin that I should sign up and I can then cancel within 5 days if I am not happy. I was then asked to pay a Tag fee of R100. I sent through a cancellation the next day and its been 3 weeks that I have been given the run around for the R100 refund. I was asked to go into the branch for a refund and when I did I was told that a refund was never done before. <br> It was so easy for Justin to sign me up but to get in contact with me and refund the R100 is impossible.<br> Don't go to this gym!!!
