In November 2020 i went to joint Planet Fitness - JustGym the package they offered me was that the first 2 months free and afterwards for 6 months on a covid deal I will only pay R100.00 per month. I signed the contract and asked them to sent me a copy. When the copy were sent to me the amounts on the contracts was not what i was offers and i directly complaint with an email they responded that i should go to the office ant that this will be sorted out. In December they deducted R400 for gym fees and again end of January I reversed these payments as it was not part of the agreement. and due to this deduction i told them that i no longer wish to make use of their facilities as this was false adverti*****t., Now they are requesting me to pay an cancellation fee R1700.00 to a fault they have surely made.
