2 ****** iphones from Planet Fitness Rosebank

<p>During the month of November 2016 I have had two Iphone 7's ****** from within a locker in the mens change room. The first incident of theft I assumed perhaps I had left my phone out of my bag that I had placed in the locker, and on the second incident I realized this was not the case, that someone (or a syndicate) is operating within the change rooms that targets members using the TSA combo locks that have a skeleton key underneath. The staff confirmed there have been other incidents of theft like this from their change rooms. There are no notices to inform guests and members of the absolute risk of using the lockers in the change rooms, especially now when its clear there is a scheme going on. When will your management wake up. I have seen many other members use the same combo lock as me. I spoke with Johan (The Rosebank Manager) who assured me someone from Planet Fitness head office would call. It has been over a week and nobody has called. Thats over R30k loss to me alone (not to mention inconvenience, insurance claims, premium increases and excess payments) and yet a simple follow up call could not happen. Shocking service and management. I have switch already to Virgin, but I want to know what procedures are going to change in this gym to prevent further theft. </p>
