2 months later still no refun

Two months ago I signed up at the cape town branch but due to other commitments I cancelled my membership!<br> <br> Head office advised to get my refund at the branch but I've been sent back and forth without being paid my refund, these ladies farah amd mellisa said will sort it out but its months later now.<br> <br> I thought I should try one last time to consult customer service before I can take this complaint to the consumer protection department, what I don't understand why planet fitness have so many complaints in money ralated matters?<br>
