13 Days later still no response from Planet Fitnes

on the 28th of August a consultant emailed and called in effort to try and assist me with regards to my problem. I did explain my frustration and supported my statements with emails to form as supporting documents and to date I have not heard anything from Planet Fitness despite the fact that the consultant promised to come back to me within 72 hours. Since Monday the 31 of August it has been 312 hours (13 days) in waiting and I bet you I should anticipate another deduction this month. Since it was R99 last month, this month there will be an increase so I will be on the look out for R120. <br> <br> I have also come to realize that over a 1000 people have complained about the conduct of PF and it seems they don't care!
