1 Week free trial not available

Planet fitness have a advert up saying that you can sign up 1 week free trial. When I decided to go check this deal out the consultant who was very smooth talking said that the free trial is over after december and I must take out a membership and almost forced me to take one out on the spot. But on the website the free trial is still available. All I wanted to do was to try out the gym for a week and potentially sign up for a membership after the free trial. Don't advertise something if it's not available.
